Workshops

Did you ever wonder how military pilots can execute a complex mission under the extreme and highly stressful environment of combat?

PUT YOUR TEAM IN THE BOOTS OF FIGHTER PILOTS FOR A DAY

If you want to immerse your team into the fighter pilot world, one of our half-day or full-day workshops could be for you. We’ll separate your team into flights of 8-12 individuals, then each flight will plan and execute a simulated fighter combat mission. They’ll have to work together within their team to achieve mission success — or suffer losses through bad planning or execution. It won’t be ‘life or death’ like actual combat, but it might feel that way to the participants, as they become embroiled in the heat of the mission. It’s a fun and engaging way to employ and practice the lessons learned from the keynote earlier in the day.

Half-Day Workshop

Following the keynote address by our company founder, the seminar attendees will split into their flight groups to plan and execute a simulated fighter combat mission in real time. One individual from each flight will be designated as Mission Commander, responsible for leading the overall planning and operation of the mission. But each of the other flight members will be assigned a critical role as well, essential to the overall success of the mission. Our fighter pilot facilitators will monitor the action and provide strategic inputs to challenge the team as the mission progresses. Each flight team must work together, and adapt to changing conditions, in order to achieve mission success — and to ‘survive’ to fight another day!

Full-Day Workshop

Similar to the half-day workshop; but includes a thorough review of each flight team’s performance during the simulated fighter combat mission, conducted by their fighter pilot facilitator. Then, all the flight teams will reconvene for a mass debrief, where they will discover which team was most successful — and why. The participants will learn from the successes and failures — both within their own flight, and amongst the other flight teams — and will be able to compare their performance to those of their peers. However, as always, the debriefs will be conducted in a ‘no fault’ format, where team performance is emphasized over that of the individual.
